We then grab the Rinse Down Lance to rinse off any dirt or grime left behind, sending it straight down into the gutter. Next, we begin rinsing your gutters – clearing them of any dirt or leaf debris that may have accumulated.
In conclusion, we get off the roof and give your house final rinse-down; getting rid of any dirt that might have gotten onto your house during our earlier work.

The Roof Protect 10 year warranty coating is a type of roofing membrane made with acrylic emulsion for stronger adhesion and UV Stabilizer’s to make your home’s roof look shiny and new for many years.
Not only does the roof membrane become slick when wet, which in turn washes away any settled debris, but your roof will also stay cleaner for an extended period.
Our roof membrane is eco-friendly and safe for the environment; it does not have harmful chemicals. It can be cleaned up with water.
You can safely collect rainwater from your roof after the first wash or rainfall.

Roof Protect 20 Year Warranty Coating

The Roof Protect 20 year warranty coating is a high-quality roof membrane made with 100% acrylic emulsion and extra UV stabilizers to make it superior to other products on the market.
When your roof is wet, the membrane becomes slick and allows rain to wash away any settled debris. This keeps your roof clean for an extended amount of time.
Not only is our roofing membrane eco-friendly, but it’s also safe for the environment because it doesn’t contain any harmful chemicals. The best part is that it can be easily cleaned up with water.

Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective Coating

Roof Protect Thermal Heat Reflective is made with a 100% pure acrylic emulsion that has a high surface tension (TG).
Our thermal HRC membranes are made with a higher titanium dioxide content to reflect more of the sun’s heat away from your roof, and we back our products with a 12 year warranty.
A wet roof membrane becomes slippery, which helps rain wash away any settled debris. Therefore, your roof will be cleaner for a longer time.
