They replaces a section of cast-iron drain pipe. There is always a chance of things going bad when cutting cast iron. They warned me that in a worst-case scenario, the rest of the pipe could crack and my costs would double or triple. That worst-case scenario did not happen! They finished the work much more quickly than expected. I would use this company again.
Sean arrived about an hour after I spoke with Greg about a leaky ceiling.Super fast response! Sean examined the ceiling and soon was able to pinpoint the source… very professional in his approach, kept me informed and solved the problem. Working with Vaughan Plumbing (Greg, Chris and George) was a great experience. The response to our initial call about bathroom toilet and sink issues was immediate. Chris also proactively checked our water heater and identified some concerns. We decided to replace it before a disaster. We were pleased with their work and have such confidence in their advice.
